Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Piklo Flow. By creating an account you agree to them. Last updated 2026-07-23.

Who you're contracting with

Piklo Flow is provided by USER_ACTION_REQUIRED, USER_ACTION_REQUIRED. These terms are governed by the laws of USER_ACTION_REQUIRED.

Your account

You need an account to use Piklo Flow. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your country to sign up.

Plans and subscriptions

Piklo Flow offers a Free plan and paid Pro/Business plans with higher limits and additional features, described on the Pricing page.

You can subscribe on the web (via Stripe) or in the mobile app (via Apple's App Store or Google Play Billing, depending on your device) — whichever provider you use, the entitlement applies to your account across every platform once you're signed in.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Pricing, currency, and applicable tax (VAT) are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Cancel any time: web subscriptions are managed from Settings → Plan (Stripe's billing portal); App Store subscriptions are managed in iOS Settings; Play Billing subscriptions are managed in the Google Play Store app. Cancelling stops future renewals — access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform you purchased through (Stripe, Apple, or Google) — we don't override those independently, since we don't hold your payment details.

Fair use

Use Piklo Flow for its intended purpose: organizing tasks, projects, notes, events, and decisions for yourself and the people you invite into a shared workspace.

Don't use it to store or share unlawful content, attempt to break or bypass its security, or interfere with other users' access to the service.

Your content

You own what you create in Piklo Flow. We only process it to provide the service to you and the workspace members you've chosen to share it with.

You're responsible for having the right to share any content you add to a shared workspace with the other members of that workspace.

Account and data deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & account, in the app or on the web. This is real, immediate deletion of your personal data and anything you solely own — not a request that goes to a support queue.

If you're the sole owner of a shared workspace that still has other active members, you'll need to add another owner, remove the other members, or delete that workspace first — this protects the other members' access to a workspace you'd otherwise leave ownerless.

Service availability

We aim to keep Piklo Flow available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — the service is provided "as is", and we may perform maintenance, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Piklo Flow is provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. for gross negligence or willful misconduct, where that limitation isn't permitted).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Piklo Flow and delete your account at any time, as described above.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the "last updated" date above when these terms change, and post material changes prominently in the app.
